Recover deleted photos

Restore Image (Super Easy) is a free-to-download file restoration tool by developer AlpacaSoft. As the name suggests, you can only restore JPG and PNG photos. For recovering video files, you can download either Deleted Video Recovery: restore videos or Video Recovery - Restore All Deleted Videos

In case of crashes, the app lets you reduce image quality and the maximum number of image displays, which is 100, to just 20. However, the disadvantage of downloading Restore Image (Super Easy) is it often displays photos that were only deleted from the internal storage. Additionally, there are times when it won’t show all deleted images.

No need for technical expertise

Photos hold the keys to our best memories. If you’ve accidentally erased mementos of your adventures and parties, consider downloading Restore Image (Super Easy) on your device. By selecting “Search the image you want to restore,” you’ll be able to see a list of your deleted photos and select which one to recover. The “Display all of periods” button filters your files according to their saved date

You can select between “Within 1 month,” “1-3 months ago,” and many more. The app also allows for the permanent deletion of images. All recovered files are in “Restored image.” You can tap on a photo to change the date or make it larger, though you’ll need AlpacaSoft’s Image Date Editor and Enlarge & Correct Image. You can delete a restored image if you change your mind.

Although the app contains advertisements, they only take up a small portion of the screen, which is a plus. However, if you want an ad-free experience, you can avail of the app’s “Donate & tip to developer” packages. The good news is you don’t have to purchase them every month since paying for one will permanently remove the advertisements. Fortunately, this app doesn’t require root access or jailbreak.

Worth a try

As it doesn’t require a rooted or jailbroken device, Restore Image (Super Easy) makes JPG and PNG file deletion and restoration a complete cakewalk for non-tech-savvy users. They can sort the files by date, too. Though advertisements are not invasive, you can permanently remove them by purchasing the app’s “Donate & tip to developer” packages. Given its features, this tool is definitely worth downloading.

Our team performs checks each time a new file is uploaded and periodically reviews files to confirm or update their status. This comprehensive process allows us to set a status for any downloadable file as follows:

Clean

It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.

What does this mean?

We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.
